Goal of the EGI Federation is to ship open and advanced solutions in the fields of computing and data analysis for international research and innovation. SZTAKI, Wigner Research Centre for Physics and Eötvös Loránd Research Network (ELKH) held its professional gathering titled “ELKH Cloud in service of science: past, present, future” on Zoom and Youtube due to the pandemic on the 28th of October 2020.

On the 22nd of October 2020, SZTAKI’s researchers held a beginner’s course about the research and science cloud service ELKH Cloud in front of more than 120 attendees, gaining a huge amount of attention. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, visitors joined online.
