Topicportal

The aim of this research and development project is information extraction by analysing Hungarian language documents, building ontology in standard format, and publishing it on a web site to help handling mass amount of information and to support decision making. To achieve this we will semi automatically filter and process Hungarian language text to create a simple controlled dictionary and ontology in Topic Map format. We will build a web portal to enable the convenient browsing of the ontology and searching in the content. The project will develop a methodology and start a publicly available demonstration portal service based on the analysis of the on-line available publications of the Networkshop conference series.
