Fundamental condition of the deployment of the knowledge society is the efficient provision of reliable, personalised, trustworthy infocommunication services with an affordable price. The detailed knowledge of the customers attitudes and demands can be obtained by analysing call data records. The aim of the project is the elaboration of special datamining procedures and a demo software for processing a data base available at telecommunication service providers containing several million call records per day, and their testing in a real environment and tuning to the attributes of the service concerned. The research is aiming at the recognition of the social structure of the peer-to-peer customers and usage patterns of both the typical attitudes and also the change of the attitude.
