The HUN-REN ARP (Research Data Repository Platform) officially opened its “data gates” to HUN-REN researchers on 25 November 2024. With this, the platform’s first development phase was completed. In 2025, the development team of HUN-REN SZTAKI DSD (Department of Distributed Systems) focused not only on system operation and bug fixing, but also on presenting ARP’s innovations to the international professional community.

At the end of the 26th month of the CINEA-funded BATTwin project, between 29. and 30. of January, in Grenoble, France, the consortium held another face-to-face meeting. In order to ensure the successful implementation of the work package responsible for integration and to meet the needs of industrial partners as accurately as possible, the project partners organized a hands-on workshop.

The workshop was opened by András Benczúr, Head of the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory at HUN-REN SZTAKI and Director of the Artificial Intelligence National Laboratory (MILAB) coordinated by HUN-REN SZTAKI.

Recently, HUN-REN SZTAKI hosted the consortium meeting of the Horizon Europe project DiGreeS (Digital Twins for Green Steel), organised and led locally by Dr. Elisabeth Zudor, Director's Adviser, and Head of the EU Projects Group at the Engineering and Management Intelligence Research Laboratory of HUN-REN SZTAKI.
