Az FKF Rt. szilárdhulladék-kezelési technológiáinak környezetgazdálkodási elemzése és értékelése

In the frame of the contract concluded between Fővárosi Közterület- fenntartó Rt. (FKF Rt.) and the CARI HAS, the Laboratory and Department of Operations Research and Decision Systems (CARI HAS) prepare a study for making strategic decisions, in which the technologies of the FKF Rt. for handling communal solid waste will be analyzed and evaluated from the point of view of environmental management. The analysis and evaluation will refer to the Waste Salvaging Works in Rákospalota, the Regional Waste-handling Center in Pusztazámor, Waste dumping ground II at Dunakeszi and the inert waste dumping ground of Orgoványi road. The aim of the study is to analyze and evaluate thee processes for placing and handling the communal solid waste by Budapest for analyzing the thermal treatment at the wotks above, as well as the environmental management aspects of the placing. The technologies in question and the placing of the waste in wasteyards and islands - with especial regard to selective accumulation - are analyzed and evaluated by using GIS methods.

The study comprises the examination of the tasks and deadlines stipulated in environmental protection permits and other provisions by the authorities, the examination of the performance of the tasks and their evaluation from environmental protection aspects.

Based on the transmission models of pollutant outputs, calculations are done regarding different agents (primarily air, furthermore, ground water, eventually surface water), and in the case of different scenarios.
