The conference was held on November 8, 2024, at the HUN-REN Research Centre for Natural Sciences (HUN-REN RTD), and was presented by Csaba Kerepesi and Eszter Szatmári, researchers of HUN-REN SZTAKI.

Researchers from HUN-REN SZTAKI's BioAgeAI research group on ageing research were joined by businessman Ernő Duda at the morning session of the all-day event "Can we live forever?" on 14 November 2024.

The topic of the cybersecurity meetup focused on the illegal use of personal data and images. The event was co-organized by ISZT and HunCERT, featuring presentations from experts at HUN-REN SZTAKI, HunCERT, MOL, HUN-REN TKI, Forpsi and Aruba Cloud, as well as NMHH.

The HUN-REN SZTAKI coordinated Artificial Intelligence National Laboratory (MILAB) also participated in one of the biggest AI-themed business conferences of the autumn, the AI Summit.

Between July 30 and August 1, 2024, the Hungarian Machine Learning Days was organized for the second time at the European Youth Centre in Budapest, by the Artificial Intelligence National Laboratory (MILAB), coordinated by HUN-REN SZTAKI.

In April 2024, the 33rd Networkshop Conference took place in Eger at the Eszterházy Károly Catholic University. One of the distinguished sponsors of the event was HUN-REN SZTAKI. Several departments and research laboratories of HUN-REN SZTAKI were represented at the conference - the Department of Network Security and Internet Technologies, the Department of Distributed Systems, and the Parallel and Distributed Systems Research Laboratory. They delivered presentations and workshops on various topics.
