The fourth rEUman project conference was successfully held at HUN-REN SZTAKI
The rEUman Horizon project, focused on remanufacturing, is coordinated by Politecnico di Milano, while HUN-REN SZTAKI contributes to the project through its expertise in modelling, planning, robotics solutions, and automation. The fourth project conference took place at the Institute between 24–25 November 2025, with a primary emphasis on recent results and the current progress of the project.
On the first day of the two-day event, the participants visited the Diósd site of Hepenix Ltd., while on the second day the results and scientific demonstrations of the HUN-REN SZTAKI Engineering & Management Intelligence Research Laboratory were presented.
Marcello Colledani, Professor at Politecnico di Milano and coordinator of the rEUman project, gave an interview in English about the essence of the project, the importance of remanufacturing, and the challenges that need to be addressed. The above video also features the Institute’s demonstrations.
