Bolyai Scholarship granted for three researchers from our Institute
8 September 2017
Tamás Péni and Tamás Luspay, two members of Systems and Control Lab, and András Kovács, member of Research Laboratory on Engineering & Management Intelligence receive the János Bolyai Research Fellowship between 2017-2020.
Tamás Péni will conduct his research in the field of "Dynamic nullspace based reconfigurable control design for LPV systems", while Tamás Luspay's topic is "Model decomposition and reduction of large-scale LPV systems". Their research is motivated by the EU FP7 and H2020 avionics research projects of the SCL (Reconfigure, Flexop). Andrács Kovács's main scope is "Game theoretic problems and optimization in smart grids." The researchers aim to extend and generalize the developed methods in the following three years.
