Conference Department
The first professional team in Hungary for organising international scientific conferences was set up in 1970 at the Computer and Automation Research Institute, Hungarian Academy of Sciences. More than 250 meetings have been organised so far. In principal, the conference department organises scientific conferences, including the organisation and optimisation of the scientific programme. The staff has thorough experience in organising conferences where participation ranges from 50 to 2500. The team is amongst the pioneers in Europe and the first in Hungary to organise paperless, computer-aided conferences, this includes full electronic conference management, electronic paper submission, paper review on the web, electronic publication, on-line registration and payment.
