HUN-REN SZTAKI researcher gives lecture at Reformed High School in Tata

On March 26, 2026, Balázs Németh, research advisor at the Control Laboratory of HUN-REN SZTAKI Systems, gave a presentation at the Reformed High School in Tata entitled "Trends and Selected Ethical Issues in the Application of AI."

Nearly 100 11th-grade students attended the talk, which provided an overview of the practical applications, key concepts, and technological trends of artificial intelligence, as well as its ethical and educational aspects.

Topics included digital twin modeling, the industrial use of large language models, green AI, frugal AI, and the importance of transparent and explainable artificial intelligence. The presentation also addressed effective applications of AI solutions and areas where human knowledge and judgment remain indispensable.
