HUN-REN SZTAKI researcher participates Battery 2030+ workshop

On 27 February 2026, BATTwin presented in a joint Battery Collaboration Workshop organised by Battery 2030+.

During the workshop - which brought together the BatCat, BATTwin and SafeLoop teams -, Gergely Horváth, Research Fellow within HUN-REN SZTAKI represented BATTwin and touched upon the latest developments in the project - from the data storage platform, through the digital twin developed at both process and system level all the way to the integration endeavor.

In addition, we had the opportunity to learn from the progress of our sister projects and engaged in discussions on improving efficiency in battery manufacturing. The workshop offered a valuable platform to strengthen collaboration across Europe’s battery research and innovation community, exchange knowledge, and accelerate the development of sustainable and efficient battery technologies.
