The eighth consortium meeting of the BATTwin EU project was held in Greece

The CINEA-funded BATTwin project held its eighth consortium meeting at the SUNLIGHT factory near Xanthi between 2-3 July, 2026, where HUN-REN SZTAKI was also represented.

The project’s integration workpackage is entering its final three months, while the project as a whole is entering its final year. Work is proceeding towards deployment and final integration at the use-case providers’ factories.

The implementation of the BATTwin platform’s integrated workflows and their direct integration into the industrial partners' systems are key to the project’s successful completion; therefore, the consortium partners focused their discussions primarily on this issue beside the project’s potential future.
